A special appearance means a (preliminary) dispute about jurisdiction. The only arguments allowed during that special appearance relate to jurisdiction and not to the merits of the case.

I doubt anybody believes you Shoonra. Your disassociation with history is unrealistic; to say that SOP today is not built upon developments in history. The gold fringe is a reflection of admiralty, that is to say warfare is based in admiralty and vice versa. The gold fringe is reserved for the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy per regulation. It is not reserved to statute.
