This group apparently wants to protect "constitutionally secured rights" against paternity fraud... but this acquiesces to the system's fraudulent claims that ANYBODY is subject to child support payments in the first place. The entire concept of "child support" is such a fraud, and violates the entire concept of "rights" and "freedom".

My first concern is that these guys are doing more harm than good by arguing cases before the US Supreme Court, with the presupposition and acceptance of the notion that child support is ok "IF you really are the father". Now the court will have rulings defending child support with "father's rights groups" in agreement with child support, and that will cascade into bolstering the notion of "every child deserves child support", which becomes yet another de facto "right" for dishonorable theiving females, which continues to degrade everybody's lifestyle and robs men of the right to have rights to defend. A woman has the "right" to kill her children, to destroy her husband, to commit perjury, to get welfare on demand, and to abuse her children as weapons for attacking her ex-husband/boyfriend with. Society now accepts the notion of a woman being a total ****/whore, and even rewards it with immunity from fraud and perjury, and further rewards this immorality by making some man somewhere pay all the bills. But these guys are playing the wrong game if they want to stop this nonsense.

I just got "adventures in legal land", and cracked it open for a quick skim. Chapter 6, the auther discusses "don't argue the merits". The issue is the threat of physical violence against a man, not whether he did or did not "commit the crime". Do I owe child support? A better question is "are these thugs allowed to hold me at gun-point, and threaten my life, and lock me in a cage if I refuse to put FRN's in an envelope and send them to someone?" There are long established civil procedures for handling "debt", and refusal to pay. Prison IS NOT one of the procedures!

I just saw an interesting sticker on a gasoline pump. They have an RCW statute specifically for handling theft of gasoline. Ok, this is insane! Theft is theft. But theft of gasoline is special theft? I lose my driver's license if I steal gasoline? Ok, so will there soon be a statute that takes away my ability to buy food if I steal an apple from a street vendor!?? Theft is theft. Defaulting on debt is defaulting on debt. Assault is assult. Perjury is wrong, and should be punished. These men are wasting time trying to get extra-special rights to defend themselves against "paternity fraud." Fraud is already a punishable offence! Just punish the tramp if she is caught lying. Enforce the existing laws! And a tramp who insists on the right to get screwed by every male that walks past needs to bear the consequenses of her immorality. Females need to be responsible for their "reproductive rights", and responsibility has a price tag. If a woman isn't sure who a baby's father is, then she is a filthy dirtbag, and when a dirtbag approaches a court with "unclean hands", that dirtbag, by law, does not get remedy! Period. Why is our society protecting whoredom? It is disgraceful, dishonorable, demeaning and degrading to women, and puts all women and children in a precarious situation. Men are increasingly afraid of starting families, females put themselves forward as mere entertainment, and society degrades, destroying the honor and dignity that women deserve, and destroying the strength and protection afforded to us all by honorable men.

I say we need to protect civilization by punishing fraud and perjury, without concern for the preceding adjectives... but then there would be no judges left to handle the caseload...
