I'm working on ideas. There is a remedy, and one of us will find it sooner or later.
The men who have figured out and revealed the deception are heros. They fought with no hope in sight. We have inherited their knowledge and efforts. Every traffic ticket that we beat, and every debt collector that we shut down is one more step on the path of victory for us all. To beat the family court will be truly a landmark victory! I want to be the one to do it big and loud. I have six children at stake. I'm learning something new here every day. I believe the "family court" is the very heart of the devil himself. This is the system that needs beat the worst. We need a coordinated attempt at each of us implementing the tactics that work in all the other areas of law in our "divorce cases". Nobody is more motivated than a pissed off man who's had his children kidnapped. To beat these bastards and get our children back would light a fire under a very motivated, wide-awake, and ready-to-be-unplugged group of individuals.
The plan is for everyone who gets a victory to share the details! Post copies of your papers. Tell us what order you filed what papers in. Describe the process. Share the information. What works? What crashes and burns?
And does anybody here know anything about the original jurisdiction governors?? Nearly every state claims to have one elected. Where are they? What are they doing? Is this mythology or carefully kept secrets? We need to re-seat our proper government, and take back our country.
I am working on a plan of attack. We are sitting in a powder keg, with a bunch of idiots banging rocks over our heads. One day it's gonna blow, and make Iraq look like childs play. Violence is frightfully close at hand. Violence may be necessary in the end, but I'm hoping and planning and working toward a lawful and legal and peacful solution. (Just don't anybody ever cave in and have mercy on these idiot judges and lawyers once we beat them!! Have a trial, find them guilty of treason, and then hang them ALL and move on!) This is more than beating a traffic ticket folks. I like the suggestion I heard somewhere - go park your car wrong and get a parking ticket to fight. Nothing to risk, and a huge education to gain. Graduate to speeding tickets, and get lots of practice. Do it on purpose so you're not going in mad. Expect to pay, and play it like a game, and learn step by step how to escape their grasp. Then teach your friends and family. Show the nay-sayers some victories. No victory is an "individual victory". Every one is a victory for our country. Stop treating your "problems" like they are only yours, and let's organize and coordinate.
