why not make this simple. write up a contract with the district attorneys oath of office attached and put his or her signature down as being accepted on a contract to protect your constitutional rights as per their oath contract and that they can refuse this consent of their signature by writing within 10 days. in other words tell them they are consenting to you using their signature per the ucc rules of authentication and they can refuse that signature acceptance in writing but the refusal must be their agreement not to contract to protect your rights. and have this posted into the public records.
