WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Rich can be very relative. Especially in the face of extreme poverty. I know of a family who had their daughter repeatedly threatened and who was asked to pay some 'protection money'. Well they spirited their daughter away to Europe so as to not have to worry about her being kidnapped.
