I challenged their failure to disclose, altering the contract, without my signature. Finally, I requested a refund of all payments made.

The bank refused to answer the affidavit, although the affidavit suppose to stand as the truth, if not rebuttted within a specific time frame.
According to a manager, their policy is to remain silent and not answer.

I have a course of action to take, but I wanted some feedback from members.

Yep!! Remain silent anything you said will be used against you in court of law. That is their Motto. If they reply to your affidavit,will be unrelevant to your demanding.
