The thought occurs to me that two people who decided they can't live with each other anymore (or, statistically, a woman who gets "unhappy" and wants out) are now going to be forced to cooperate on a daily/weekly basis over an issue that will have them both ticked off all the time. This will create a whole new breed of chaos for the liar thugs in legislature and judicial branches to milk for even more money. Human solutions created under political motivation always hurt people. Life has worked for 6000+ years just fine, and now we have the feminazis inventing "no-fault divorce", and in 40 years time the entire civilization is caving in under the weight of the "solutions".
If this law suit can cut out the money factor, and the mandatory child support, then I will timidly agree that this might be a good short term solution. Crisis tends to create focus, and a father in crisis tends to focus on his children far more than he otherwise might. So, if the fathers of our country who are caught in the crisis of divorce actually get fair time with their children, those children would benefit tremendously from his new-found wisdom and energy. Fathers, teach your children well! (I think that's what the beureaucrats are afraid of...)
