Hi, I have not made a mortgage payment in 13 months and have held them off for this long with legal paper work and chapter 13. My question is so far the judge in this has answered all of my arguements as FRIVILOUS which seems to be there most famous word. The court has ignored all of my case files I presented and evidence and will not make anyone prove the debt. I am being sued by MERS my mortgage is supposed to with CountryWide but it was sold to them from GreenPoint which once CountryWide had it they sold it to an investor?? Now it took a lot of time for me to find out who the investor is but in the meantime MERS is winning in court and CountryWide and Fannie Mae(the investors) all say they own the note to my home. I cannot get the courts here in PA in my county to do anything to help me with my rights so I sent a letter to HUD they said they cannot help me. I also sent letters to Federal Trade commission, Fannie Mae, Mers, the attorney for Mers and,Government and industries and also to RESPA asking the them who owns my mortgage. No one has to date answered my letters not the mortgage companies or any federal agency. My chapter 13 is up any day now dismissed and I know from the courts still going thru the process I am going to lose my home. I am still up to the fight but need to know if anyone knows the next step to take. (my letter I sent was asking for all finacial records from day one of my mortgage and whom ever owned it or said they owned it was also sent a letter. I would appreciate any feedback.
