It is said in certain circles that war is very much associated with 'legal fiction'. Militaries might always if not often often bodies corporate, no?



If you study closely you might (maybe) notice that when a U.S. president declares war, he cannot appoint lawful and de jure Article III judges. It has also been said that the second floor of the United States supreme court building has gone unused since 1933. Could there be some correlation?



There are questions that have been asked that are quite sensible to ask. Some of those questions speak more of a lack of having 'background information'. That is to say the answers might more-so be in history books, old law books rather than in court cases. They (the answers) might be better found in a comprehension of "underlying principles".
