OK now I see how attachments work.
So you can see the whole doc and Part of what I am sending to the DMV.
I still have to add a few things however I am sure this will help all who get any tickets.
Check out your ticket, does it say your are entitled to an admin hearing? It seems you only get that if you are arrested. However much discussion here and talking to my sheriff friend he says when you are stopped and told you are getting a citation that is an arrest.
