So we have to assume you were driving in Ohio with a suspended Indiana driver's license, right?

It won't hit your credit report, but if you don't respond, eventually a warrant will be issued by an Ohio court for your arrest for failure to appear.

So unless you get pulled over again in Ohio, the only thing you have to worry about is getting pulled over in Indiana and still having a suspended license. If and when that happens, the Ohio warrant might show up as well. I suspect at that point, the situation will be handled a bit differently. Instead of sending you off with another ticket, you may find yourself on foot and your vehicle impounded.

Then again, if you're a repeat offender in Indiana (which is probably why your license is suspended), they may decide to take you into custody.
