Many suitors (courts of competent jurisdiction) identify ourselves with true name.

It is a simple matter to explain that the first and middle names only are the name your parents named you. If any notary cannot see that another will.

There was a bill that I believe may have passed, probably due to the default judgments published in common law, that made clear that notaries who neglected to acquire proper government-issued ID were responsible for any dishonest activities that might result from the notarization. But with suitors there is no problem of the sort.

One suitor in Texas has been Refusing for Cause a series of orders for him to remove, rescind or somehow revoke his default judgment. That means two things; 1) his judgment stands res judicata and 2) there is nothing the federal municipal officer/magistrate calling himself judge can do about it.
