Is the only way the can send you child neglect letters in the mail, is if you register them at a school thus "creating a controvery" if you ever try to take them out of the public system? What ways does the state try to keep track of people that dont register there kids or is it really hard? paying school taxes;
declaring dependents on tax forms;
contact with municipal agents;
coert spying by municipal agents;
covert spying by everyone who sees you oot and aboot with your children;
telephone calls;
the ways and means of learning about non-attending children in a school district are myriad and sundry.
