A dealer is a DEALER. You will have to fill out paperwork.

What you seek is a ''Private party" sale. No paperwork.*

I highly doubt there are any 'traveling' gun shows....at least not on a national level.

There is no 'registering' of guns. ***

There is no waiting period for guns. *


*At the federal level. Check your LOCAL laws before proceeding...particularly regarding gun shows.

**The paperwork mentioned above is 'allegedly' destroyed after the NICS background check, and purchaser info remains as part of the dealers logs only. (At least... that's what the gummint says...not that I beleive them.)
