While I can't speak to getting a Notary in line, I would suggest that perhaps you and some friends become Notaries yourselves(actually your strawman gets the License).I myself and some friends have done this and it makes it a LOT easier to get things filed. If you have a commonlaw court set up as we do here in Minnesocold, you can even get someone to become a Protho-Notary on the commonlaw side. The SOS of our state recognizes the documents we file using such a Notary.

Most of the Sheeple aren't willing to stick their
