Please don't assume that I am promoting someone or something, but if you insist on a do-it-yourself-vasectomy, at least learn a few basics.
At the risk of being redundant here, go spend a few hours watching what goes on in court in similar cases. Most courts now have on-line access to their dockets. After you've seen what works and what doesn't (if you can survive the boredom), if you still think you want to go under your own knife, at least take a look at something like jurisdictionary.
And FYI - legal lunacy does not help your credibility with a Judge or a jury. Questioning oaths, the court's jurisdiction or arguing that you aren't who you are or blathering on about admiralty and the flag with the gold fringe does nothing but make the rest of your case sound incredible.
Fight with theory; win with fact.
