He is a CPA, and Rommel is a fighting litigator. Anyhow, the rommel banking seminar includes example pleadings, complaints, etc - info that is sadly missing from the bankhonesty package.



If you can afford both the bankhonesty and rommel stuff, get them both! But if you cannot, I would choose their banking seminar anyday, sight unseen. It will show you how to attack the bankers, while Tom's material is filled with warnings NOT to fight the bankers, rather, we are supposed to vote him for president and wait for him to fix the problem. As you can imagine, that is not a big confidence booster for someone preparing for court. But if you can read critically, there is still much to be gleaned from his work as well.
