My friend that I talked about earlier in the court forum regarding the debt collectors send me this email today... thought it was very funny!

I had a blast doing this today.& I went to ww.mortgageselect.com to check the current loan rates and they had available an interactive chat with a loan representative that you could engage in.& I thought this would be a fun, anonymous way to ask about where the money comes from that they would be lending for the the loan I was inquiring about.& The dialogue follows:

Visitor: Hi Keith, I was curious, where does the money come from that you loan for the mortgages you write?
Keith: we are a direct lender.it would be from our bank
Visitor: Oh ok, so you loan it yourself then?
Keith: our company that is ,yes
Keith: were you lookin to refianance or purchase?
Visitor: Purchase... but I have a further question on the loaning of the money. It was my understanding that a bank note(promissory note) is actually monitized and a check is issued from that to pay off the buyer I would be buying from. If that is the case, wouldn't I actually be the one loaning the money?
Keith: Please hold one moment
Keith: yes is the loan in your name

That moment he asked me to wait seemed like an enternity.& I can only imagine who he was trying to get& to help him answer this question for me:-)
Obviously I didn't hang around very long after my final comment to him either so the line couldn't be "traced".& Ah, its the simple things in life that gives us suh pleasure& LOL!
