so, you cant put the gun in your trunk of your car or hide it, but if you put it on your holster, visible for people to see, there is no "statue" that says you have to have a permit?
some states consider just having it in your car "concealed". i guess the only way to protect yourself is to have it on your person and visible?
the state only wants you to ask permission for concealment?
