Seminar Plans For August / September - your feedback needed!

Over the past few weeks I have been working towards finalizing plans for several seminars. All plans are tentative at this point, and depend largely on your feedback, as well as the cooperation of other parties involved, so I hope this news is not premature.

That being said, I am doing my best to facilitate these seminars as go-between with no commercial involvement. While I realize it would be easier (and financially profitable) for me to simply arrange everything and handle the money and responsibilities associated, I have no interest of seeing a gain from this, nor could my already overloaded schedule handle the additional load. So the planning is a bit harder, as I have to involve other parties to make these seminars happen.

SEMINAR #1:

To be put on by the Rommel School of Law. Topics are open to discussion, but the topics assumed to be most profitable to all at this time would be courtroom rules and procedure, and specific tactics for defensive and offensive litigation with all forms of creditors. Admittance is expected to be $90 for the two day seminar.

SEMINAR #2:

Mark Moyers of South Carolina, teaching the Richard Cornforth material on void judgments. Mark's goal is for at least a few of the attendees to leave the seminar with paperwork ready to put into the court on Monday. If you have any kind of judgment against you, civil or criminal, chances are it is a void! Admittance fees are unknown at this time, but expected to be $75 - $100.

DATES: No firm dates have been set as of yet, but the seminars will likely be in August / September. Feedback on this is welcome.

LOCATION: Both seminars will be held in the upstate South Carolina area, likely in the Greenville area.

GOALS: To learn tactics that the courts will recognize, tactics well founded in Law, as apposed to unproven theories not backed by Law.

Suijuris members, this is your chance to meet your fellow members in the flesh. It is likely that all three suijuris moderators will be present and are eagerly looking forward to associating a face with each of you.

Remember, everything is tentative at this point, but I am confident that as a community, we can make this happen. I am excited about making these tentative plans reality, and hope that you will share my enthusiasm. So if either of these seminars are something you are interested in attending, then your feedback is requested. If not, then please let me know why so we can accommodate you.

Best regards,

Sui Juris

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
