This seems to show the vague basis of the fine. The fine (FRNs, gold, silver, legal tender, cash, money, property, etc.) is property of the owner too, why can't the fine be contested?

This is another part of tyranny that seems to be gripping the nation, if not the entire globe.

I never said that the ticket couldn't be contested.

I merely explained how the process works.

Just like any other ticket, it can be contested. However, given that there is a photograph of the car, the license plate, and the red light; it will be a hard case to beat.

One of the most successful approaches has been to compare the speed limit with the length of time the light stays yellow. It is somesimes possible to prove that the signal doesn't give enough time for a car to stop before the light turns red.
