Well Hakeem, the one thing I will say is, if you do not contest, it will likley still cost only 50 dollars so, one route I would consider is the ts(ticket slayer) route.
You already know that video enforcement is coming from the same people that use people to do the enforement.
I say that based what I have now read for myself and that of others just recently.
