I don't advocate signing "safety plans" especially if you're INNOCENT. Once you sign their documents you get locked into the CPS "services" that are designed to give caseworkers lots of phony "evidence" like psychological evaluations and counseling reports.

If you agree to do drug testing even though you're not a drug user then miss even one appointment you will find that used against you as a "positive" drug test.

CPS is a SCAM and is very disruptive to families. Many people who go this route find their jobs in danger due to lost hours of work and their savings, if they have any, are wasted away.

If you are INNOCENT please consider telling the caseworker that he/she will have to PROVE a case against you in a FULL TRIAL so they know going into it that you don't intend to be an "easy customer".

Of course it is up to you - each of you has a case that is unique. I am just telling you what I'd do.


Any intrusion into the family where there's no provable guilt is too much.
