To kind of answer the question you have posed about the probable results of jurisdiction issues with a question------wouldn't everything come to a screaching halt since they (judge)&have to establish jurisdiction first?


Also, I believe this was the situation that I posed to Ice earlier in the post.& When do we start defending our interest in the strawman when the court tries to proceed and disregards the jurisdiction issue?
