I was excited while listening to the audio file because it seems to me that anybody coherent can understand how this same indenture boils over into anything that has to do with FRNs - virtually any and all causes you can think of these days. It is not just an obligation to perform for taxpayers and with the Income Tax. For instance inflation is a
hidden tax and true money is free from inflation (an ounce of gold still buys a nice suit and so it did in ancient Rome too).
The MP3 file is so that people can listen a few times and soak in the truth; the reasons I have been saying that US citizens (taxpayers) are federal employees (Federal Reserve federal that is) and why there is real truth to the fact that HJR-192 acts for a supersedeas bonding so that we do not get jailed for counterfeiting money when we endorse FRNs into existence with our credit.
