IRS Notice(s) of Deficiencies
Hello,

I am in extreme dishonor right now regarding a deficiency notice.

I WAS a student of the Schiff ARGUMENT method & have recently attended

Victoria Joy's seminar. The BoE approach is endorsed by her, but the bond approach is used by Rice.

Which way do we go, George?
