I joined lawwork a few weeks ago. While I think Clyde's default is good, he doesn't seem to know how to enforce the default. He maybe knowledgeable about the law, but he is extremely closed minded with respect to the ALL CAP name UCC-1 argument, and that is where I think he is WRONG. The court sees you as the ALL CAP name and Clyde thinks the court sees the real man when IT DOESN'T. That's a fact.



Clyde is also very rude. He sent me a nasty email regarding the "TRASH" I posted. His excuse is always: "Maybe you don't belong in this group". Yeah, CLYDE, why don't you look in the mirror?
