I am curious as to how you reconcile your (baseless, as I have seen no facts to support it) claim with this quote from the North Carolina Constitution:

Sec. 2. Sovereignty of the people.
All political power is vested in and derived from the people; all government of right originates from the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole.


Just answer the following (cross examination) questions for me lawdawg...

Who gave that alleged sovereignty to the gubmint?

Do you have proof that it was an absolute power of appointment?

Do you have proof that sovereignty has ever been waived by the people?

Step up to the plate lawdawg, cuz I ain't takin no lip from no bartender neither.
