Thanks for your post. This is what I believe as well regarding treason. I have had others tell me the same thing regarding Public Law 95-147, that it repealed HJR 192. As I said in a previous post, I did not find anything in 95-147 that repealed HJR 192 either. If it did, it is hidden quite well. I will keep researching this and I will keep all informed with what I find out.



Also, when I said I was being forced to use FRNs to pay a mortgage, I should have said they are trying to force the DEBTOR to "pay in a particular kind of coin or currancy." They are using the court to try and force the DEBTOR into compliance. We shall see about that.
