That can still be tracked today by going through the Revised Statute definitions but applying generic law dictionary definitions of
common carrier and
commercial carrier. In the Colorado Revised Statutes that is distinguishable by two definitions -
vehicle and
motor vehicle. There is only one reason for having a definition of each - they are different things!
