There has been some talk as of recent, that during the allocation process not to agree with anything and simply walk out of the courtroom.
And the bailiffs or marshalls will stop you before you even reach the door.

During allocation i suppose this would be the time, you could ask the judge, have you read my motions to dismiss? motion to dismiss can be used at anytime during the the adminstrative hearing, correct?
