My Response to Transunion. Opinions

Ok guys I just got the same exact letter HenryBowman got about not having verification documents available from Trans Union. They just relisted the alleged debt and added phone numbers and said basically to contact them myself. Looks like they photocopied Henry's letter and sent it to me!!! Anyway here is my response. Please critique it and tell me if it sounds argumentative and what I can do to fix it.!

Subject: Certified Verification

Dear Trans Union,

I have received your response dated June 23, 2004 (File Number 123456789). You have informed me verification documents are not available for the alleged debt/entries listed in my previous letter to you dated June 17th, 2004 which is attached. Since verification documents are not available to you, how can you be certain the information supplied to you by alleged creditors is accurate, factual, and true? Is it your policy to report consumer credit information for which you have no verification documents in support? Since you have made it clear that there are no verification documents available, I am requesting that you remove the alleged debt/entries listed in my previous letter dated June 17th, 2004, from my consumer credit report. I am making this request in accordance with USC 15, Chapter 41, Subchapter III, section 1681e, 1681g, 1681i, 1681n, 1681o, and 1681s.

As stated in my previous letter to you, I am not contesting the liability of any alleged debt/entry listed on my consumer credit report, nor is this a dispute of any alleged debt/entry. There is no possible way that I can dispute what may or may not first be validated by your agency. Therefore, certified verification is needed so that I may stay in honor and immediately satisfy the alleged debt or address the potential fraud. The basis for certified verification is 15 USC 41 V Sec 1692g, The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (Sec 1601), and The Fair Credit Billing Act. Thank you in advance for processing my above request.

Sincerely with Honor,

dashboy!!!

Gotta love that Jerseee guy for his expertise in these matters!!
