Interesting

I have found some info on how the old man lived so long well one of the factors that is..

I grabed this off this site:
http://www.happyherbalist.com/index....ROD&ProdID=116

The famed Li Qing Yuen, who lived to the age of 252 years (1678-1930), consumed Goji berries daily. The life of Li Qing Yuen is the most well-documented case of extreme longevity known. (see picture above)
Li was a herbalist, and skilled in Chi Kung and spent much of his life in the mountain ranges. It is said that he changed his diet to consume little meat or root vegetables and limited his consumption of grain. Instead, he lived mainly on steamed above-ground vegetables and herbs, consuming both goji berries and panax ginseng on a daily basis. In 1927 General Yang Sen invited Li to his residence in Wann Hsien, Szechuan province, where a picture was taken of him. Li died the next year when he returned from this trip, reportedly after a banquet was presented in his honor by a government official.
After he died, General Yang investigated Li's background to determine the truth of his story, and later wrote a report about him entitled: A Factual Account of the 250 Year-Old Good-Luck Man , which was published by the Chinese and Foreign Literature Storehouse, Taipei, Taiwan.

I have done alot of research on Goji Berrys And they are a great food.
I have been taking them for a month now and i would recommend everyone try them.
I bought 5 pounds for bought $60 bucks off of ebay not too long ago.
Although they are not name brand they taste as good and feel the same as the Goji berrys from Extreme Health,
And Extreme Health charge $25 for 18 ounces!
As for me i eat too many to be paying that kind of a price.
