Indisputable Evidence of cover up by the judicial system,
preventing the due process of the true justice and protect those judges against whom, the evidence of corruption exists.

The allegations made, hereto, are based on direct-personal evidence: prima facie and can be substantiated by the records.

Fair opportunities have been extended to all parties to ratify the situation.

No acts of any violence are advocated or supported on either side.

The parties and those who claim to supervise their activity and scope of action have willfully failed to address the legitimate complaint of the wrongdoings of the judges.

No bona fide errors on their part exists and there is no evince to suggest such as the cover up is consistent and uniformed on all the levels that have been addressed.

The failure ratio for legal due process has been 100% so far.

The issue of the complain has consistently stated that the main focus remains the corruption against Pro Se Litigants in general and not to be viewed as the individual case(s) only.

Based on that, the request for the Due and Proper Investigation of the Corruption in the Civil Court of the State of New York: both Civil and Housing Part has been made to the pertinent Authorities.

The complain of the corruption has been submitted:

1) to the Judges in discussion instantly when the laws were violated;

2) to the Office of the Supervising Judge at least three times. (in person;)

3) by the zip code – proper District, to the Congressmen;

4) to the Senators;

5) to the Assemblymen;

6) to the Mayor;

7) to the Governor;

8) to the Department of Justice;

9) to the local DA Office (re: the Housing Judge – not Civil;)

10) to the Department of the Investigations of NY;

11) 10) has informed me that has passed the complaint to 12);

12) The Commission on Judicial Conduct of the State of NY;

13) GOP (for the reason to reinstate check and balances as the Civil Court of NY is comprised of over 90% Democrats-judges; therefore, involving the Republicans seemed to be a logical step.

They looked away with the same, amazing consistency as the Democrats.
I wonder now…

I thought they were better as made more sense via Republican ideas than Democrats, overall.

Yet, when it comes to judges, they become of bi-partisan support.

Now, they know what may unite them.)
