These people in the juvy justice end of law enforcement may be worse than their counterparts in the "adult" end of the courthouse as they can do just about anything they want with little chances of any kind of backlash. It does seem that there is a noticable lack of Equal Protection Under the Law regarding the administration of Juvenille Justice. Your posted questions/statements are thought provoking and concise, and would do a good job of getting the judge all mad! Dude go to law school, you are a natural! We need REAL Attorneys that are not afraid to stand up to corruption in the courts (which is rampant) and help to defend guys like your brother and mom from trash just like this. The neighbor kid's father should be bitch-slapped for his behaviour in this matter. What kind of an example he is setting for his child?
