Why do you bother to get one. Ask yourself these questions:

Who is issuing the license, a human or artificle entity?

If you answer human, are not all humans equal?

If you answer yes, then when can one human require another human to get permission from that human?

Can a human, who We allow to run Our governmental system, compell you to sign your name?

I recommend you buy the book "Adventures in Legal Land" at web site http://adventuresinlegalland.com/. It has some very good questions you can ask of the police and the courts.

Another reseach you can get on line is "Invisible Contracts" by George Mercier, ex-Chief Clerk, USDC, Western District of New York. Good explaination on how the courts are using invisible contracts to bypass the Constitution.
