curious as to what the ucc is.
Is the UCC part of the US Code?
I'm in Canada, does the UCC apply here? (It certainly seems to from brief conversations I've had with people, but I'm not sure.)
Just how important is the UCC? Just what is the relevance of the UCC? When I say 'important' and 'relevant', I mean, in relation with ME, in my effort to 'know who I am' in the law and in relation to other people.
