Rick. Thank you. That website threw me for a bit of a loop, though. The website seems to be about a group of 'delegates' from 'member provinces' who get together and draft laws. Not sure how this applies to the UCC.
I guess the UCC is NOT part of the US Code. It has only been adopted by the state legislatures. Is that right?
