All, as you read this post by Logos--you will clearly see that lawyers/attornies/whatever they are--need to argue and need an argument in any form to validate their existence. Even the powers of attorney are not even a debateable issue and non-argumentative. If you do not start or entertain a debate--then there is no controversy.
