okay... this is just my own personal little indulgent revelation... In truth.. If I know ANYTHING... it's that I don't know
I tentatively suggest that both Darwin and the Bible are correct..
As I recall there are 3 layers to the brain... the reptilian, mammalian, and human layers.
I speculate that prehistoric man's brain evolved (Darwin) until he became
physiologically capable of
being a vessal for divine inspiration and spiritual discernment.
I don't think Adam was the first physical homosapien, but rather the first man "with a soul"
Apparently Adam and his first wife, Lilith, didn't get along very well... It is said she was too proud, to follow Adam, and left. (Lilith is mentioned only once in the Bible, in Isaiah 34:14, where she is listed along with hyenas and jackals as those who dwell in the ruins of God-forsaken Edom.)
God, in turn, blessed Adam with a spiritually inspired woman, made from Adams rib.
Just as all things flow from God, such is the same with Adam. God as a singularity, made a spiritually inspired man, as Himself (in His own image), a singularity.
Thus, all spiritually
capable men and women, are born of Adam.
It's probably crap, but I thought I'd throw it out there.. lol
