You think as a law abiding person.
They are not.

Even dates of the store in question didn't match by the year, not days, by the year.
There was not one signature of mine.
No debt collection license by the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff was already dissolved firm.

I had more than enough of a case for instant dismissal.

There are cases, when logic, law, and basic rules, just, do not work and they cannot work when you run into a gang that has seized the Court through one of them puling the other one in and so on based on who knows who and who worked with whom, in which law office before.


That is a fact - not an allegation!


The Democratic Party bosses were caught red-handed and indicted on the charges of corruption and illegal appointments of judges in the State of NY Court system.
(many judges were not even elected but appointed and politically.)

I believe the name was Clarence Norman.

The same judges keep siting there, still.

You can raise any argument you want; they don't care.

I am not joking, you do not deal, there, with normal people: laws and common sense do not work there, as dictatorship is at work and not real law!

Their mentality of criminals empowered with some knowledge and deep bureaucratic and ego-based drive to hold on to the position and all the benefits... is the center of their existence


Most of them are criminals, indeed, by the virtue of openly undermining the Constitution of the USA.
By all rules, they are traitors not only to the People, they have betrayed the country, as gave an Oath.


Only and only, when there would be enough attention drawn to the illegal seizure
of the NY Court system by the impostors, a separate adn trully independent Committee
must conduct the investigation on the one-sided anarchy going on there.

The Governments covers up for them, otherwise.

A spotlight is needed on cockroaches to make them run away (media exposure.)


I am an optimist and a realist.

You can not, use reason with these criminals.
You think I didn't try?

A year of experience there is something.
How about a judge steeling my Motions from the Court file (yes, Court file tampering.)


These judges need to stand before the juries and answer the charges vs. them
based on the Court records i.e a proof is right there.

For years, they render favorable judgment to their friends attorneys who scavenge
at that Court for years.

Lazy and dumb thugs on both scales of the crime machine extort monies from the Citizens,
while representing/dealing with the firms out of business and/or without license.

No witness testimonies, no signatures, nothing of the rules of evidence.

On top of that, they put an armed guard on me for refusing to remove my hat before a judge
and interrogating me in which religion I believe, when I replied that is my religious belief
to wear what I like and when like, on my own head, without being subjected to interrogations.

Is it not every one's right?

They made a scene and a guard was threating me loud and clear in front of everybody,
right inside of the Court's Part, following the instruction of the Court's attorneys
(the one who assisted that judge.)



Of course, I am going on to take on the system, but they are covered themselves on all sides,
in their own slime, as the whole system is run by attorneys-judges.

Do you know how slippery it gets?

They seized the power and who wants to relinquish such?

I see no one in NY attempting anything to reinstate the rights.
I even tried the ACLU.

That organization is looking away.
It seems that any time, attorneys are involved, they are being typical attorneys.

I believe that not all are the same; yet, I admit,
I have not seen one descent attorney or judge, yet!


I must prepare to perfection.

Do so every day but at my own pace as rushing can only throw others behind me backward.
I feel the responsibility.

Many folks complain.
I am going to perform - not just complain.

Time will show but I need that time and the perfection from which I am far for now.
I never overestimate.

The impostors declared the "undeclared war."
I must respect the rules.
I do...



Too much is at stake for me to make errors.
Not kneeling down before them is not enough, I must find the ways
to win and open up the road for positive changes.

That is not easy but possible.


I never waste time on what do not believe in passionately.
