Equifax on auto-pilot

I wrote my first round of requests for verification a while ago stating FCRA, USC, CFR; I had it all in there and it was very accurate. Of course, someone pressed the automatic response button to inform me that "these account belong to me" (not what I requested, among other things). WHATEVER! Anyway, I've been super busy lately and have not had any time to write round two to request the re-investigation of the accounts. But, like clockwork, EXACTLY 30 days after their initial response to my request for verification, they provided me with a response to my request for re-investigation - I NEVER REQUESTED ONE! They even had a new confirmation number of my request that I never made. Something tells me that they probably did not exercise "good faith" in the re-investigation of the accounts and their procedures are not ensuring 'maximum possible accuracy' per CFR and USC. I wonder what 'my' file really contains? Hmmm...If the second round of requests for verification are not successful, I will have to 'serve them' with a 'thank you' for their negligent non-compliance by way of a visit by the FTC and a civil suit in USDC (and my reasonable attorneys fees!). I wonder from what part of the world my request was generated from? Hmmm....
