Thanks for the welcome Charles. I am not sure I can wait that long. I am already in a situation with the state of Georgia Revenue. I am willing to do all the study necessary but I have to move and move fast. You see Charles it is this way. I decided a number of years ago that I had my fill of being pushed around. I did in depth study about the nature of the income tax and the legality of it. My studies revealed much. I decided to no longer cooperate as I had. I stopped filing after 1999. I have still not exercised that part of Title 26 to stop taxes from being removed from my earnings. Now I am being assessed by Georgia. I went through a messy divorce in 2004 and was distracted. I moved to another state. Now I have this mess to deal with. I have responded in the best way that I knew how to do. In good faith did I respond. But the tryanny of government both state and federal does not listen to appeal to the common law and the Constitution. They do not listen to anything. I presented the evidence that I had including Georgia statutes, United States Code, Articles of the Constitution, supreme court decisions. None of this mattered to them. I now know why.

I appealed their decisions in assessments as indicated but they instead passed it on to Administrative law judge for hearing. I never requested such. I did not know anything of the UCC code when I made my responses. In an affidavit from one of these entities I was given the label of Tax protestor, of which I refute. So if there is any way to expedite my way into the Redemption Process I need it. I have already read for many hours and days over the past weeks since learning about the Redemption process. I will try the tapes. I will ask for any assistance with what I do not understand. Thanks again.
