HI all. I am an attorney for one of the States of our great nation. I defend not only these suits but others filed by people on what can best be described as "unique" legal theories. Without exception the lawsuits fail, at least in my state. I cannot speak for any of the others out there. You would have to ask them. Theories that seem to shield one from tax liability, criminal prosecution, privite civil debt and the like based on antiquated notions that if I capitolize your name, I am not talking about you and the like always fail. Always.



There was no bankruptcy, the UCC does not apply, and the yellow frindge on the flag is decorative only carrying zippo for legal significance. Notorial Oaths of Dishonor, Demand for Proof, and the like also are more a waste of time, energy, ink, and paper than they are ligitimate ways of skirting the legal obligations we as citizens have. You cannot privatize your car. It doesn't work. It wont work. Ever. Give it up.



Yes, I do work for The Man. I am his minion. I even have subminions that work for me. No, we are not trying to hold you down, no there is no national or state level conspiracy against you. We don't care enough about you to fart around with it. And we are busy with other stuff like salmon habitats, laws involving walking your crocodile on Sundays, and keeping your kids from growing up to be like you.



You want to keep filing this silly stuff? Knock yourself out. We never loose and we stand around and laugh and point at the bizarre filings you submit. Oh, and 'refused for cause'? Yeah. That doesn't do anything either but I do have to say, it is entertaining to see how much we can get you refuse for cause. Silly.



Anywho, you all have a nice day. Keep on trying to buck the 'gubment', don't vote, and for gods sake, grow a long beard to match your overalls and no shirt look. If it looked that good on Uncle Jesse it'll do wonders for you.
