The information that the 2 CRAs in Canada have on me, shows payments made on time, not even one payment 30 days late. So in that respect, things are excellent. The only derogatory item they have is a speeding ticket that went to collection in 1999, which I paid after I got the letter from the collection agent (silly me, but I didn't know then...) The score that they have on me is low, because of the amount that I allegedly owe on the credit cards.
I am going to send the 2 CRAs the letter requesting "certified verification" for each item on my credit report. Once I receive confirmation that the items have been deleted (because they will not be able to verify the debt) then I will move on to the Credit Card Companies.
Am I going at this backwards?

I figured that I would keep making my monthly payments until I have proof that the CCs have been removed from the credit report. I guess that I need to take this one step at a time, but I don't want to mess things up by taking the wrong steps...
Enough of my ramblings! Any ideas or suggestions? (remember that I am in Canada and I am not sure what codes or laws are the same as the US, my bad for now)
