There have been various signet generators built over the years and one expensive one that is adjustable. The main features outside the scope of an arbitrary and complex function generator (linked photo) is that the 1) signal turns on and off, 1) generates a biphasic signal with a radio signal on top of a square wave and 3) that the amplitude is modulated with an asymetrical sine wave.

1) and 3) are to avoid accomodation, I call them hobblers. These disease bugs really want to survive on a most elemental way and so they tend to build up tolerance to frequencies that are disruptive or devitalizing. 2) is so that the healing frequency is generated over the entire electromagnetic spectrum.
Here are two views on a DSO of the same signal:

The first demonstrates the biphasic properties and the second shows the hobbling amplitude modulation on it. That is a 28.322 MHz signal on a 727 Hz square wave. If you note any listing of Rife Frequencies, 727 Hz is very common so electrical engineer Ed Skilling built this device in minature from the bigger adjustable devices.
Here you see the 727 Hz signal at its third harmonic - 28.322 MHz x 3 = 85 MHz:

Look for Ed Skilling's Harmonic Pulser at about $200.
Here is an example of harmonics/cancellation. Turn down your speaker volume before you click on the audio file below. Plug in stereo headphones and then put the headset next to your right or left ear. Since the frequencies are off in right and left channels by 1 Hz they cancel and amplify at a rate of once per second.
