I thank you for your suggestions, as I only asked because they are, that, valuable!

So we have the answer in :
"The Libel of Review."
I imagine sometimes sitting Judge Roy Bean down and teaching him about law...
Those who search would come to you on their own,
those who are not ready, may miss what they are not, yet, prepared for.
Well. That is about what I can expect of your tactical approach above; if I understand you correctly.
I am just speaking from experience. Not to belittle you for trying to do what you can do. My suggestion is learn the ins and outs of R4C and apply religiously.
I have faith that you know exactly what is needed, therefore, I would concentrate on that, R4C.
Hold court daily on the kitchen table.
"court daily" - I would look into that too.
After you make the investment to try it, you will probably see the same results.
Attorneys will certainly belittle the R4C and LoR as gobbley gook. But then imagine Judge Roy Bean listening to me teach him about law. That should get you smiling again in no time.
I only "teach" actually share what know, when am confident that I am qualified to do so.
For now, I would learn what must by priorities.
Regards,
David Merrill.
