Sadly to say, I do have past “contracts” still out there, this filing was the first step and proclamed my domicile and Jurisdictional status to the state of Alaska, whom must now assume to protect me from all acts and warrents of a foriegn jurisdiction not organic to the laws of the land.
There are past judgments out there, but I am confident in my knowledge of Constitutional law and regard them ALL to be VOID and not just voidable. I will discharge them at will and in the manner of our fore-fathers, with truth and temperment of the common law (Article III).
There is the matter[s] of Birth Cert. Social Security , Federal Income taxes- All seperate and with different levels of retract and estopple with thier own affidavidts of intent. Am beginning correspondence with the Secretary of State to obtain documents to instruct the Secretary of the Treasury to no longer assume that my private person is liable for a federal income tax. To instruct employeer to stop withholdings, must be prepared to petition the Secretary of the State for correspondance to the District Court to halt all acts of admirality/Maritime jurisdiction if a foriegn jurisdiction is asserted against my private person.
In theory, the forms are endless, it depends how far you are willing to contract yourself. A sovereign should always do all his/her dealings in a contract of one form or another. An affidavidt is the usual form in common law.
As to going through a ”commonlaw court” in my asservation and oath purgatory, I swore on Oath to assume the characteristics of a ”supreme court de jure borough sitting in common law jurisdiction”. I spoke of my domicle of being within the Greater Anchorage Area Borough, and not within the Municipality of Anchorage, I included that theryby being a member of the American Christian Citizenry I am in explicit compact with the covenant/contract known as the Constitution for the (u)nited States of America circa 1787. I acknowledged that venue shall be the American Republican form upon which the soil required by my character and standing in law, as a private Christian.
I included that I do in fact trade in lawful money of account of the (u)nited States of America, Silver, with like parties of capacity.
I spoke of Jurisdiction being only under the (u)nited States Flag of Peace.
With the duly action of the recording forever more establishes my character and conclusive presumptions to any and all dispute and/or assumptive presumption(s) by any and all agents of a foriegn jurisdiction, be they of any nature or kind, in particular, dba corpiagents under operation and authority of U.S.C. Titles and Statutes.
Sooo, I guess there is no easy way to say this, but... there is a lot of paperwork if you wanna be proper person and persona, BUT in my book its worth it. No matter what.
