This is what lawyers do.

They create this doll (STRAWMAN) and they place curses on it. Then, they expect the body to receive those curses. The unsuspecting body, it would appear, falls right in line.

This is called representation, or re-presentation.

This is what I could not shake.

Add to your arsenal the rebuke and binding of any “re-presentation.”

It is interesting that in the Roger Elnick DVD that Admin put up, that Elvick describes the "strawmen" precisely as a "voodoo doll," using those same words.

He also describes the process of re-presentation by the lawyers, marshall, sheriff, etc.
