Let's see it this will work on a FOC case
I have just recived a PRE-OFFSET notice for only $2500, going after my Tax refund! I've payed over $48,000 in the last 10yrs and all ways send $ for arrearage payment. My question is the court is over 200 miles away. Do I just have the post office stamp my repsonce letter and mail it Cirtified. Thanks J Rogers
